4.8.1 SPML-included File Format
This type of file is analyzed as an HTML file and embedded like an SGML annotation (embedded)
Special commands. The general syntax of the command is:

The value here is often included in double quotation marks. Many Commands only allow matching of A Single Attribute-value.
The following items are allowed:
Config
