Apache web page BadRequest, Cookie length setting Apache Cookie server php
When testing a webpage, when the number reaches a certain value, the webpage reports an error and the prompt is as follows:
Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server cocould not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
Then there is a long cookie.
After reading the information, I prompted that the Apache server may have cookie byte restrictions, so I modified the Apache configuration as follows:
LimitRequestFields 40940
LimitRequestBody 40940
LimitRequestFieldSize 40940
LimitRequestLine 40940
Unfortunately, an error is still reported after the test. please help me to see if there is a solution. thank you!

The size of the request header field exceeds the server limit.
I forgot to restart the server. thank you for your help.
