Oracle installation, follow the online installation completed on the way.
After installation, locate the Oracle directory in the Start menu to find SQL Plus open, and log on to the database using the SYS or SYSTEM account. As shown in figure:
Oracle has already configured the client after installation, this is the client that the Oracle installs by default, not even if the customer can instantclient_11_2. Instantclient_11_2 is what ArcGIS needs to use even if the client. After installation, there will be a directory of Oracle instances in the path of the environment variable: D:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\bin, as shown:
Configure a Oracle_home in the environment variable (if you already have it, you don't have to configure it): D:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1
ArcGIS Link Oracle requires instant client instantclient_11_2 to add variables after the path of the environment variable: D:\Program files\orcplsql\instantclient_11_2
Once you have configured this, you can use the ArcMap link. The configuration of the database link is in the Oracle directory: D:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN
Now use the ARCMAP link Oracle database, the following figure, the linked database is my new instance Fsgis, (ibm-pc is the name of my computer or can be configured as IP, this is automatically configured after the new instance)
After the link can be as shown:
Below, use ArcGIS to create an enterprise-class database:

Indicates that the completion has been created. See the created database in ArcGIS as shown:
We relink the database using the SDE account we just created.
