ASP error prompt adodb.connection error ' 800a0e7a '

Because of working relationship for a long time did not engage in Web site, recently engaged in an ASP propaganda website, would like to have some problems in local testing, sorting records for future needs.

Demo Environment: W7 flagship 64-bit + IIS7 + ASP website

The error message is as follows:

ADODB. Connection error ' 800a0e7a '

Provider not found. The program may not be installed correctly.

A few judgments were made after this error occurred:

1, this set of ASP Web site in the official deployment of normal server, you can prove that the site code is OK;

2, IIS installed Normal, normal operation, the use of other sites can also;

3, is not the site permissions problem? It is normal to check multiple stations.

Later thought is not the problem of application pool because the system is 64 bits, check the application has 32-bit application settings, a modified.

Workaround:

Locate the IIS application pool, set application pool default properties-> general-> enable 32-bit applications, and set to True.

So my problem is solved.
