ASP intercepts n functions with HTML characters from a string

'Function name: gethtmlcontent' parameter: No --> Number of characters to be obtained, txtcontent --> string to be processed
'Function: truncates n HTML-containing characters from a string. The current implementation method is not complete. The process is to find the various controls in the string and separate them accordingly, put it in the array, and then add an array to see if the character is greater than the given character. If yes, the array is returned.
