Millions of users per month, ABSI company has always been passionate with the needs of customers consistent, providing them with as much relevant experience. In order to achieve this goal, the ABSI company predicts market trends and future supply of goods by studying the user's buying patterns.
According to the agreement with the wireless provider, ABSI company can send users a lot of information each week to provide new ringtones information and other value-added services, the company's biggest goal is to use the best response speed and optimize the number of available information it is allocated to provide users with the most relevant information to improve sales.
To increase ringtone sales, Absi is analyzing online transaction data (OLTP) data for research and predicting the best ringtones to provide. During the parsing process, SQL statements are used to query Microsoft SQL server™2000 (Microsoft Windows Server system™integrated Server Software) OLTP data. The results are then copied to Microsoft Excel for analysis. Using these systems to produce a report takes at least three days, which means that the report is never up to date and cannot react to the current situation, because manual processing is used in the process and may cause errors. The system can provide helpful information to provide advice to customers, but it takes nearly a week to complete, and the results are propagated to the customer.
