How to deploy xap software in XP
You can simply modify a file.

Step 1: Install dotnetfx40_full_setup.

1. Download The vm_web.exe installation package for the Windows Phone 7 SDK.

2. directly use winrar(or its decompress software unzip to decompress vm_web.exe, find baseline. dat,

3. Open baseline. dat in Notepad

4. Find the paragraph starting with gencomp7788. Modify the paragraph according to the nominal value.

5. Save the baseline. dat file.

6.Download and install Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1.

7. Find setup.exe to install

Step 3: Install Tom xap installer to deploy the software
