First, you need to go to the Android official website to download a few things:
We recommend that you download the 64-bit installation package because Ubuntu is a 64-bit operating system.

Eclipse: Download eclipseofficial website, or directly download eclipse-jee-indigo-sr1-linux-gtk.tar.gz
JDK: jdk official download site, or directly download jdk-7u1-linux-i586 .tar.gz
SDK: sdk official download site, or directly download android-sdk_r15-linux. tgz

Put the three downloaded files in the same folder. I put it under/home/grace/jav.
