Centos7 does not find any available hard disk solution during installation, and centos7 does not
I installed centos with a USB flash drive. During hard disk planning, I saw too little space available for the hard disk.
This is because my hard disk was previously installed with a windows system, and almost all the hard disks have been used by the windows operating system. The remaining space will only be the 2 m space remaining for windows. Many people on the Internet say that you can format a disk in windows. I used the PE software to format the C disk directly (I don't want to use the windows System in the disk), but I still can't. In fact, we don't need to worry so much. Please refer to the second box. Please Select Automatic partition configuration, then select the option I want to make extra space available, and click Finish. Will enter:
First select a disk where you want to install centos. I chose the sdb1 disk (that is, the C disk of my hard disk), and then click Delete in the second box, as shown in, as you can see, the recycle space in the box is too small, and you can click recycle space to recycle the entire sdb1 disk.
After completing the preceding operations, go to the figure 1 page, select the hard disk where you want to install centos, click "I want to configure partitions", and click "finish ", as shown in, I can use 40 GB of space.
Next, you can plan your "/boot", "/", "/home", and "swap. (You don't need to worry about the unknown disks in the figure. They are my D and E disks. Don't click them)
