First, use the Wizard to design the database.
You can use Chinese Access 2000 to organize user information from a single database file. In this file, you can separate the data in the container named "table", that is, the aforementioned "data table, then, you can use an online form to allow network users to view, add, and update the data in the table, query and retrieve the data, and use the report to analyze or print the data in a specific layout. In addition, you can view and update or analyze data on the Internet by creating a data access page. Like the two software mentioned above, you can create a table for each type of information to store and use data, after that, you can organize the data in multiple tables in a form, report, or data access page and define the relationship between tables, this allows you to search for and retrieve data that only meets the specified conditions. For beginners, it should be noted that the "form" here is an object not found in the first two software.
Before using Access 2000 to create tables, forms, and other objects for the database, it is important to design the database. Because a database or project that uses Chinese Access 2000 requires an effective, accurate, and timely completion of required functions.
Like Visual FoxPro 6 in Chinese, a "Wizard" can also be used in Chinese Access 2000 to create databases, and their names are all "Database Wizard ", after the software is started, a dialog box shown in 1 is displayed on the screen. It is also a wizard dialog box that guides you through database file creation, the operation method is similar to that in Visual FoxPro 6.
After that, you can create a database file by following the steps below.
Enter Microsoft Access dialog box
Step 1. Open the "Access Database Wizard, data page, and project" radio button. Click OK. For more information, see.
By the way, if you open the "null Access Database" Single-choice button in the Microsoft Access dialog box, an empty database will be created, but the related tables can be added later. Open the open existing file single-choice button, you can choose to open an existing database from the list below.
After this step is completed, the "new" dialog box shown on the screen allows you to select a template to quickly create a database.
Note: If you have enabled the database or disabled it when the Microsoft Access dialog box is displayed after it is started, you can click "new" in the "frequently used" toolbar, you can create a new database on the database tab.
Select the "working hours and bills" template
Step 2. See. On the "Database" tab of the "new" dialog box, select the "working hours and bills" template, and click "OK" to go to the "file new database" dialog box.
Note: Many templates are provided in this dialog box. Here, only "working hours and bills" are selected for demonstration.
In this dialog box, specify the data file name
The name of the "file create database" dialog box does not comply with Chinese Syntax Rules, but its basic function is familiar to every Windows user. You can use it to specify the data file name, and save its folder. The file name provided here is "employee working hours and wages". After you click "CREATE, the new database file will be saved in the default Access2000 folder. Now, a new database is created, and the "Database Wizard" dialog box is displayed, as shown in figure 4.

Go to the "Main switch panel" Form
The "employee hours and wages" form is behind the "Main switch panel" form, as shown in figure 8. After that, a new database has been created. You can perform various operations on the two forms. Whenever you use the "Database Wizard" to create a database, Access 2000 will automatically create a switchover panel, which is helpful for browsing the database. There are some buttons in the "switch panel". You can click them to open the corresponding forms and reports (or open the switch panel for other forms and reports), exit the Chinese Access 2000, or customize the switch panel.
Note: The function of "form" in Chinese Access 2000 is to provide an operation platform for you to select the object to be operated and enter the corresponding operation dialog box.
