14. Now that oracle11g R2 is installed, you can open the Access URL in the Start menu->oracle-oradb11g_home1->database CONTROL-ORCL.
15. Login: Select "SYSDBA" in the connection status, then enter "SYS" in the username, password is the password you originally set, click "Login" you can access the database
