Java using JDBC-ODBC Bridge to connect to SQL Server database requires an ODBC data source to be configured, with the following configuration steps:

1. Go to the Control Panel and find the management tool

2. See ODBC data source, there are 64-bit and 32-bit, if your database is 64-bit to choose 64-bit, 32-bit database to select the corresponding version, double-click into.

3. Select System DSN after entering the program

4. Select Add

5. Create a data source for SQL Server

6. Start a good name, describe it, select a good server and click Next

7. The default is no change here, the next step

8. You can select a library in the database as the default database (optional)

9. The default is the line

10. Configuration Complete

11. Test, configure to this end
