Convert a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database to a MySQL database

1. Download and install myodbc.

2. Create an empty MySQL database.

3. Choose Windows> Control Panel> Administrative Tools> data source (ODBC) to add a user DSN of the MySQL ODBC driver type.

4. Open the data conversion service import/export wizard (DTS) of Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Next, select Microsoft ole db for SQL ServerProgramSelect the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database to be converted from the database. Next, select MySql ODBC driver. Select the user/system DSN you just added. Next, copy the table and view from the source database, next step: select all. Next Step: Finish.
