Coreseek/sphek multiple query conditions

Coreseeksphinx full-text indexing using coreseek/sphek for multiple query conditions. for mysql source, my SQL statement is
Select * from tb where a like '% B %' and d like '% e %'
Some people say that two full-text index fields are created for an index.
But I don't know how to use the api
