Create tablespace test_data logging datafile 'e: \ oracle \ product \ 10.2.0 \ oradata \ orcl \ user_data.dbf' (tablespace data storage location and file name) size 50 m autoextend on next 50 m maxsize 20480 M extent management local;

Create user username (username) identified by password (password) default tablespace user_data temporary tablespace user_temp;
