In the past, when we opened "Internet Protocol Configuration" "Internet Options" "Registry Editor" and other options, we often achieved this through different mouse operations. Think about how to combine these commonly used configuration options, you can choose to open an option in a window, and you no longer need to bother clicking the mouse or trying to remember some commands, if your system has been patched with SP2, the above ideas can be implemented.
Today, we will install a small patch for the kernel system configuration handler program development (enter msconfig.exe at runtime to open the window), so that the options we mentioned above will be concentrated in this window. First, download the windowsxp-kb906569-v2-x86-chs.exe patch from the official website of Microsoft. Double-click the Software Update Wizard. We recommend that you back up the system and perform updates one by one. You must restart your computer to make the configuration take effect. After restarting, open the "System Configuration Utility" dialog box, and you will find that a "tool" tab has been added. After switching this option, we can see that the common configuration tools and system management tools in Windows are integrated in the box below, except for Internet Protocol configuration, Internet Options, Registry Editor, there are also options such as Event Viewer, task manager, command prompt, Security Center, system information, and system attributes, which are followed by descriptions of the tool, see figure 1 ). We can select an option and click the "Start" button to open the corresponding configuration options. Is it very convenient!
