Compiler error message: cs0016: failed to write the output file "C: \ WINDOWS \ microsoft.net \ framework \ v1.1.4322 \ temporary Asp.net files \ shopping cart_shopping \ 257ab420 \ 3f5c7b3 \ blg70ccd. DLL "--" Access denied.

Solution:

1. Check the access permission of the bin directory
2. Set the access permission for the temporary ASP. NET Files directory
3. Set WINDOWS \ Temp Permissions

Add the "modify" permission to the network service. That is, set the temporary ASP. Net Files directory and the Windows \ Temp access users to ASPnet and network service, and set the permission to "modify"
