Ime is short for Input Method Editor. It is a specialized application used to enter different characters representing the written language of East Asia.
With this input method, you can enter various texts in East Asian countries (such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Russian) without a special keyboard (corresponding to the keyboard of various languages.
