Virtual Host
In this case, we only provide the database IP address, user name, and password provided by the Space Provider (some also provide the online management panel ).
1. Install online Enterprise Manager
This method cannot be used to back up and restore the database as a whole. It is generally used to modify the imported database on a small scale. This tool is available in all database products of the morning and evening data. The following operations are performed:

2. Register remote Enterprise Manager (SQL2000)
1) This method requires that Microsoft's SQLServer software is installed on our own computer. Choose Start> program> Microsoft SQL Server> Enterprise Manager, expand Microsoft SQL Servers> SQL Server group> (local), right-click the SQL Server group, click create SQL Server registration.
2) in the register SQL Server wizard, click Next. Enter the database IP address under the available server, click Add, and then click Next.
3) Next, select the SQL Server login information assigned to me by the Administrator, and then click Next. Enter the user name and password, click Next, and click Finish.
4) if the IP address, user name, and password are correct, and the Space Provider has enabled the remote access permission, the connection will be successful. Click + next to the newly registered database. A prompt is displayed. Click Yes to connect.
5) Expand the items in sequence. If you see other database accounts, you don't have to be surprised. It's what the Space Provider opened to other customers. You don't have access permissions, but you can only see them.
6) Next, right-click the database name, select all tasks, and then click back up database or restore database. For details about how to back up and restore data, see the description in the independent server section below.

The following uses the Management Panel of www.zhaomu.com as an example to describe how to back up and restore an SQLServer database (that is, export and import ).
1) Click database management, find the database to be managed, and then click the management link.
2) Click the backup button to back up the database to the corresponding space. We connect to the space through FTP, and there is a database backup file under the root directory of the space. The file name is sq _ ***. bak.
3) it is easy to restore the database. First, name the backup file into the file name displayed in (such as sq _ ***. bak), upload it to the root directory of the corresponding space, and then click the restore button.
