Today, finally, the Linux PHP support PDO mode of sqlite3 operation.

Before the insert has failed and select succeeded, that is the PDO SQLite plugin is not supported, and finally found on CSDN because the directory does not have write permissions, resulting in the inability to write data.

After you have added W permissions to the directory, you can successfully write to the db file.
