Preface:

JIRA is a project and transaction tracking tool developed by Atlassian. It is widely used in defect tracking, customer service, requirement collection, process approval, task tracking, project tracking, and agile management.

The company used JIRA 3.6.2, and Atlassian officially does not recommend JIRA versions earlier than 4.4. Previous versions have vulnerabilities and are no longer updated. Our colleagues have installed JIRA6.0.8, the new version of JIRA has a flat design that supports mobile browsing and conforms to the style of mobile Internet enterprises. Now JIRA has been upgraded to the new version JIRA 6.1.7, but during data migration, failed to migrate directly from 3.6.2 to 6.0.8. It took a long time for google to find that it was necessary to convert the data on 4.4.5, and record the data migration steps here.

Idea: (1) install Jira4.4.5; (2) import the data of Jira3.6.2 to Jira4.4.5 and then export it; (3) import the data exported from 4.4.5 to version 6.0.8, this completes data migration and upgrades.

Preparations: JIRA3.6.2 and JIRA6.0.8 have been installed. The intermediate version 4.4.5 is required.

3. Jira4.4.5 configuration process

After installation, you can directly access http: // 192.168.171.230: 8080/to perform Jira configuration steps.

3.1. Access Error

If you have not configured the jira home path, you need to set the java_home path. Check that the JAVA_HOME path is:
