Discuz after the plugin has been developed to set up a language pack cannot export XML
Title, I designed a plug-in, began to use no language package, the audit did not pass, and later I added, but when the language pack mode is turned on, found that the export of XML click did not respond, blank. If the language pack mode is turned off, it can be exported, very strange. Then I thought of another way, I manually added a language package in the XML, but the more sad thing is that I in the plugin template after the reference, the plugin can not be displayed. I don't know what the situation is.

I don't know what your language pack is.
But I know that what I write to XML must be UTF-8 encoded.
