( large picture please enlarge and view )
If you do not set the property, it can remain empty.
Word spacing: Sets the spacing of words. To set a specific value, select Value from the pop-up menu, and then enter a number. In the Second pop-up menu, select a unit of measure.
Note: You can specify a negative value, but the display depends on the browser. Dreamweaver does not display this property in the document window.
Letter spacing: Increases or decreases the spacing of letters or characters. To reduce the spacing between characters, specify a negative value (for example, 4). The letter spacing setting overrides the alignment text setting.
Vertical alignment: Specifies the vertical alignment of the element to which it is applied. Dreamweaver displays this property in the document window only when applied to the label.
Text alignment: Sets the text alignment in an element. The text alignment property is supported for both browsers.
Text indent: Specifies the degree to which the first line of text is indented. You can use negative values to create a bulge, but the display depends on the browser. Dreamweaver displays this property in the document window only when the label is applied to a block-level element. The text indent property is supported in both browsers.
Spaces: Determines how white space in an element is handled. Select from the following three options: "Normal" narrowing whitespace, and retention is the way to keep all whitespace, including spaces, tabs, and carriage returns; "No wrap" specifies that the text wraps only when the <br> label is encountered. Dreamweaver does not display this property in the document window.
Display: Specifies whether to display and display elements. None closes the display of the element it is assigned to.
When you are finished setting these options, select another CSS category on the left side of the panel to set additional style properties, or click OK.
