Eclipse 4.6 Neon, cocould not create the java virtual machine, appsseneon

When eclipse 4.6 is down, the following error occurs: cocould not create the java virtual machine. a fatal exception has occurred.

Use the eclipse-vm command line to check that jdk 1.8 is required for this version of eclipse.

 

I want to modify its configuration file. jdk 1.8 is not mandatory. It seems that it is not advisable. You can only use the old version or install jdk1.8.

As shown above, Eclipse 4.6 requires at least a Java SE 8. Perhaps an older version of the VM is being found in your path
