1. It cannot be run in Windows 7. If the permission is insufficient, the startup cannot be started through the Administrator permission;
2. The SQL exported by PHPMyAdmin cannot generate the data dictionary document normally. I use the Navicat For MySQL tool to export the SQL statement and then generate the data dictionary;
3. The software is recommended to run on the basis of JRE1.5. The JRE 1.7 installed on my computer can be used normally;

Original software instructions:

• Ensure that JRE1.5 is installed on the machine and can be downloaded from the http://java.sun.com.
• Make sure that Office Word (2000, or XP, or 2003) is installed on the machine)
• Input File-the SQL script must be exported using Navicat, MySQLFront, or Toad.

For MySQL database files, you can load an SQL script file for multiple tables or an SQL file containing multiple table structures.

Click the corresponding drop-down menu to generate the corresponding data dictionary. It is very convenient to use.

Actual use of data dictionary tools

Environment:

• Windows 7 Operating System;
• JRE 1.7 is installed .;
• Microsoft Office 2010 is installed;
• SQL script exported by Navicat;

Problem:

Generate a data dictionary file in Word format. An error dialog box is displayed.

Log File:

2013-05-16 21:10:52, 462 ERROR-

According to the Windows and log files, the output files cannot be saved to c: \ dict2.doc due to the Windows 7 permission problem;

Therefore, right-click the Administrator and choose run_0.2.1beta.bat, but it does not work.

Final Solution:

Run the command window with administrator privileges, and then run the run_0.2.1beta.bat file in the command line window to generate the file to drive C.
