Solution:

In C:/Windows/Microsoft. NET/Framework/v2.0.50727/Config. the config file is cut out and opened in Notepad. You can use vs to open the file and locate the 178 rows above, starting from <add name = ......> start, comment out this line

The above 172 rows also comment out the <add name = "OracleWebEventProvider.

Then save and put machine. config In the Config folder.

Then browse the page again, and no error will be reported...
