Fedora14 3D desktop tutorial and related settings

Notes on the 3D desktop tutorial of Fedora14 and related settings: 1. Install compiz: Code: [root @ dan ~] # Yumlistcompiz * can see many compiz bags. So we installed compiz: Code: yuminstallcompiz2. install compiz-fusion: Code: yuminstallcompiz-fusion * 3. Install fusion * code: yumlistf

Notes on the 3D desktop tutorial and related settings of Fedora 14:

1. Install compiz:
Code: [root @ dan ~] # Yum list compiz *
We can see many compiz bags.
So we installed compiz:
Code: yum install compiz

2. Install compiz-fusion:
Code: yum install compiz-fusion *

3. Install fusion *
Code: yum list fusion *
Code: yum install fusion *

4. Install the emerald theme (that is, window decoration)
Code: yum list emerald * yum install emerald-themes

5. Install the taskbar Tray
Code: yum list avant-window-navigator * yum install avant-window-navigator
If the above five items are OK, you can find the Compiz Fusion Icon in the system tool and start it. The blue cube with the mouse is displayed in the upper right corner, avant-window-navigator is included in the attachment. You must also start it and configure it yourself !!
