McKinsey believes that the big data team must have five positions:
1) Data hygienists-these people ensure that the data is always clean and accurate.
2) Data explorers-these people find the data they really need in Big Data projects.
3) Business Solutions architects-these people organize the collected data for analysis. They are responsible for designing the data structure, to ensure that the data can be effectively retrieved by all users, it takes several minutes or even hours to access some data, such as updating data every minute or hour.
4) data scientist (data scientists)-These humans organize data for Big Data projects and create analysis models. They also revise, update, and replace the necessary models.
5) Sports experts (campaign experts)-These people are responsible for interpreting the results and putting them into action.
If you want to know, cognitive scientists and behavioral economists are suitable for two of the above five roles: Data explorer and sports expert. This is because they are proficient in identifying important data in the project, and they can also make appropriate interpretations of the results, which is also very helpful for execution.
