After using the Wave, you don't have to wait for the recipient to check their Email as usual, and you don't have to guess when the recipient will not be in front of the computer and when it will be back. Google Wave can also be used for a well-organized online discussion. Open your Wave. The bold font shows not only new emails or waves, but also updates that have been discussed. Open Wave, you can also see a discussion about how to evolve from the initial state to the current state, the content contributed by each person, so that you can easily sum up various ideas and conclusions.

However, Google Wave is more than just Email. It integrates IM, Email, and collaborative document functions. Since Wave and other social media tools can stimulate people's desires for discussion, each seminar is at endless danger, it is necessary to set a deadline for each discussion. Idea can be updated at any time, especially when Wave is used for discussion. Although brainstorming requires creativity, there must be a bottom line. Otherwise, the pace and efficiency of the entire team will be affected.

Social media can disrupt people's original work pace. In the past, we were most used to working in the morning, checking our Email, opening MSN and Skype, and checking whether there were any important messages to be handled. With these social media that may be updated in real time, the traditional method has to give way again. It is a big change from checking an email every morning to actively checking the discussion updates several times a day.

Finally, it is also the most important thing. In the next generation of communication methods, especially in open external networks, every speaker must be prepared, this is because someone may make a brief and rude reply at any time.
