Next, fill in the usernamepassword you just filled out.

Enter the Enroll Interface:

After choosing the plan you want: tell you to have 99 knives.

Assuming you fill out a Chinese address, he will give you a PDF file that allows you to fill out, and after signing, fax a number to the United States.
