EMC data clearing

1. Data clearing

All objects in the file system will be cleared here, including tapes.

The 'filesys destroy' operation will take about 2-3 minutes.

In this case, destroy and reconstruction are completed. The remaining parts go to NBU to repeat these magnetic bands.
