Html strings spliced by ASP. NET Razor cannot be directly parsed into html, asp. netrazor

There is a set of data displayed on the page, and the numbers must be red.

My idea is to first use a regular expression to find a number and then replace it with a <em class = "Red"> Number </em>.

However, the page is displayed as: xxx <em class = "Red"> Number </em> xxxxxxxxxxx.
Obviously, the replaced html is not encoded.
