Install RabbitVCS in Ubuntu 12.04

The commonly used SVN management tool in Windows is TortoiseSVN, which does not support Linux. If you want to use the same graphical interface to manage SVN in linux, RabbitVCS is a good choice. It supports the same operations as TortoiseSVN.

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: rabbitvcs/ppa. Run the sudo gedit/etc/apt/sources. list statement and add the following statement at the end of the file:

Deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/rabbitvcs/ppa/ubuntu ** DISTRIBUTION ** main replaces the ** DISTRIBUTION ** with the name of a specific version. For example: precise, other can refer to: http://ppa.launchpad.net/rabbitvcs/ppa/ubuntu/pool/main/r/rabbitvcs/

Then execute the statement to update the software source.

Sudo apt-get update can be installed now. The statement is as follows:

Sudo apt-get install rabbitvcs-nautilus3 rabbitvcs-thunar rabbitvcs-gedit rabbitvcs-cli and then log out and log on again. OK.
