Netscaler password forgot to restore
Today I tested the netscaler password forgot to restore, the process is as follows:
to restore the Netsacler login password, the environment is prepared as follows:
(1) prepare a serial line (the two interface of the line must be the serial port).
(2) connect your NetScaler serial port with the serial line of your computer.
(3) set HyperTerminal serial console (9600 baud , 8 bit , 1 stop bit , parity )
(4) restart netscaler
2. Open the opportunity to prompt you to press the SPACEBAR, as follows: (I use it here VPX so no hint)
Press Spacebar or when the following message is displayed
3. Next, you will be prompted to Ctrl + C

6. Do not enter anything at this step, directly ENTER

7. Next Enter /sbin/fsck/dev/ad0s1a and Enter

8. The next step is to hang the directory /flash Directory command: /sbin/mount/dev/ad0s1a/flash then ENTER

9. Then check with the DF command, as shown:

10. Enter Cd/flash/nsconfig this directory, and then ENTER

11. Use grep–v "Set system user Nsroot" ns.conf > New.conf This command generates a new configuration file.

12. Change the original configuration file ns.conf to a name mv ns.conf old.ns.conf then ENTER

. Rename the newly generated new.conf file:mv new.conf ns.conf and ENTER
