Parameter control of an audit function
The value of the Audit_trail parameter can be set to the following
1. None: Not open
2. DB: Open Audit function
3. OS: Audit records are written to an operating system file.
4. TRUE: Same as parameter db
5. FALSE: Do not open audit function.
This parameter is written in SPFile, which requires a restart of the database.
Second check whether the audit function is started
