The Oracle open stage loads the data file through Controlfile, which checks the data files during the load process and is more consistent than the data. There is an inconsistency that needs to be resumed.

This phase examines the following two things:

1. Check if the checkpoint CNT (checkpoint count) in the data file is consistent with the checkpoint CNT in the control file, the purpose of this step is to confirm the data file is the original data or from the backup.
