ORA-12154 Oracle Listener Error, Solution

The solution is divided into several steps:

Create Tnsnames.ora under 1.instantclient_11_2

3. Add an environment variable named Tns_admin, where the value is the path to the Tnsnames.ora file D:\instantclient_11_2\tnsnames.ora,plsql find the ORCL connection string through this

4. Add an environment variable Nls_lang = simplified Chinese_china. Zhs16gbk

5. Open Plsql without login, tools-Preferences-oracle-connection:

Oracle Home directory: d:\instantclient_11_2
OCI Library: D:\instantclient_11_2\oci.dll
