0x00 Glossary
M. N: mobile number, which consists of 11 digits. By default, + 86 is added before the mobile number in China to determine the country location;
IMEI: IMEI is composed of 15 digits (such as 862698014111114). It is globally unique and corresponds to each mobile phone. The first six digits are "model approval numbers, representing mobile phone models" (such as 862698 ), the next two digits represent the origin (such as 01), the next six digits represent the production sequence number (actually the SN of the manufacturer) (such as 411111), and the last one digit is the verification code (such as 4 ).
SIM: there are 20 digits on the card, see: http://baike.baidu.com/view/23558.htm? FromId = 17668
I suddenly thought of a recent project. Here I will briefly talk about mobile phone positioning:
Any positioning is based on communication, so is the Mobile Phone Positioning. Mobile Phone Positioning is currently based on three-point positioning of the base station, and the more accurate the positioning in areas with dense distribution of the base station, this is why non-GPS positioning is very accurate in remote areas.
The following figure illustrates the three points of positioning:

Each device has a unique identifier, an IMEI for the mobile phone, and an address for the SIM card by default, the operator will bind your mobile phone number to the SIM card (I believe friends who have copied the SIM are familiar with it. If they get the SIM card or know the SIM card number, they can implement multi-Card 1 ), why does JCSS focus on the IMEI number?
This is because the carrier will collect the IMEI number of the mobile phone through SIM communication. When the mobile phone starts up, the mobile phone will automatically transmit the IMEI number to the carrier's server through mobile signaling, if your SIM card is changed to a mobile phone, the IMEI number corresponding to the mobile phone number will be collected again. In fact, IMEI is like the MAC address on the computer, I did not say that I could locate the MAC address, as does IMEI.
Two mobile phone numbers and two serial numbers are used as examples:
When an IMEI number is associated with multiple phone numbers, the system generates a strong relationship chain between the two phone numbers by default. This data is obtained by the Intelligence Department and can be further analyzed using this relationship chain.
It is enough to use it as a carrier. How far has the Intelligence Department applied it?
First, we need to extract the mobile phone number, SIM card number, mobile phone number, host ID card number, IMEI number, and call record from the operator. What can we do with this data?
As data collision analysis is complex, the following is a brief description:
