Briefly
There are many computers at home, multi-person collaboration content can be considered to build a small home data sharing server, so that can be directly in the shared space, different members of the data acquisition, update and so on. And the general company's server generally function is the same, small just say that CPU performance is not strong, storage space is only the level of personal computers. Here with Raspberrypi (with the Raspberrypi 2,arm CORTEX-A7 processor, 4 cores) as a small server, can achieve data sharing function, but the size of the space is only about 10 g, need more space can also be USB external hard drive.
Installation of Raspbian
Raspberrypi's official website is described, the steps are simple, just a little time-consuming.
- First from Raspberrypi's official website to download a noobslite.zip, no way, because is want to download with Raspbian image noobs, but the file is relatively large, the download always fail, Use the. Torrent seed Download, the offline download function of Baidu Cloud tool, has not moved (perhaps can use other seed download tool to try). Forced to download more than 20 trillion noobslite.zip;
- Noobslite.zip Description: Directly unzip the zip file, see there are some. bin,. image files, this source is actually open source, from Git can be downloaded to. Guess its function is the system initialization, and then have Ethernet driver, so you can access the OS image file through the network;
- Then, according to Raspberrypi's official website, download an SD card format tool from the designated URL, format the SD card under the Windows system, and then copy the files extracted from the Noobslite.zip directly to the SD card root directory;
- Insert the SD card into the Raspberrypi, connect the keyboard and mouse on the USB interface to the Raspberrypi, connect the HDMI interface to the monitor, and connect the Ethernet interface to the LAN port of the home router. Power up the Raspberrypi and see the Monitor start outputting log information and display a dialog box prompting the user to select the OS to install;
- I chose Raspbian, click the Install button, start to download OS image from the network and install, this process is long, probably need to wait 5/6 hours before the installation is complete.
Static IP configuration
Raspbian directly with SD card as shared storage space (more than 10 g, currently enough). As the server needs to configure a static IP address, or every time after the restart, the IP address DHCP dynamically allocated each time will be different, so that the other machine connected to the server will be a problem.
The command to configure a static IP is as follows:
-Cat/etc/network/interfaces: Check whether the eth0 is currently using DHCP dynamic allocation mode;
-Ifconfig: View inet addr (IP address), Bcast (broadcast) and mask;
-Netstat-nr: View gateway and destination;
-sudo nano/etc/network/interfaces: Edit the configuration file to configure the IP to the desired value.
For detailed instructions, refer to the Raspberry Pi log--set the static IP for the Raspberry Pi
