SQL Server removes double quotation marks in fields

There is a problem with the customer today, the data that is captured with PowerShell is inserted into SQL and each field is automatically enclosed in double quotation marks "" as follows:

　　

Now you want to remove this double quote, use the following statement:

Insert INTO #A Select SUBSTRING (Column,1,len (column)-1) from list
Insert INTO #B Select SUBSTRING (Column,2,len (column)) from #A
drop table list, #A
INSERT INTO List select * from #B
drop table #B
