First of all:
Click VMware Edit, Virtual network editor:
Then check VMnet8 's view NAT settings:
The second step ( note the gateway address and subnet mask in the red box ):
Step three ( for setting the virtual machine address range ):
The next step is to set the virtual machine address:
Direct Input command: Vi/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 carriage return
After entering, press the keyboard I key to insert mode directly:

Modify the following data:
After modifying the press Esc key, enter: Wq carriage return
Returns the command line interface.
Input command: Service network restart carriage return
So as long as the last step in Windows Chrl key +r, enter cmd carriage return:
On the command line, type: Ping your virtual machine address
As below, indicates successful connectivity
PS: Non-pass, possibly gateway and VMware8 address conflicts. (Control Panel \ Network and internet\ network connection modify VMNET8 's IPv4 address)
