Place the Chinese font in jdk/jre/lib/font/fallback of the Oracle Installation Package.

Garbled characters when using Oracle graphical tools:

Copy the Chinese font ~ /. Font, and then execute:

$ Sudo mkfontscale

$ Sudo mkfontdir
