Empty string loss problem in Split in Java

When you split a parameter, the empty string is removed by default, with the following code:

<span style= "FONT-SIZE:14PX;" >string line =  "a,b,c,d,,,,";  System.out.println (Line.split (","). length);  </span>

Output is 4

If you want to keep the empty string, you can use the split's limit parameter to specify the output number of the result, when the parameter is negative, even if there are empty strings behind, will be retained, as follows:

<span style= "FONT-SIZE:14PX;" >string line =  "a,b,c,d,,,,";  System.out.println (Line.split (",",-1). length);  </span>

Output is 8
