MySQL add datetime Type field causes invalid default value error problem

Source: Internet
Author: User

Execute SQL as follows:

CREATE TABLE `qcloud_sms_template` (    `id` int(11) unsigned NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,    `ctime` datetime NOT NULL DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP,    PRIMARY KEY(`id`),) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8;

Execution Result:

ERROR 1067 (42000): Invalid default value for ‘ctime‘

This SQL in the native test no problem, put in the development environment, the error.
Strangely, after searching, it was found that the datetime type only supported MySQL 5.6.5+.

Workaround:

    将DATETIME改为TIMESTAMP。
