Oracle user password expired, causing the system to fail

Yesterday, we received guests from Beijing and showed us our new system. Unfortunately, our normal system cannot be started at this critical moment. After searching the event logs, confirm that the problem lies in Oracle, and then configure the net manage. The result is not passed in the test, but the user can be connected in Oracle's SQL developer, therefore, we did not consider the problem of user name and password expiration or user locking. We thought it was a problem with the underlying communication protocol of the database. But it still doesn't work if it is changed, and it won't work if it is deleted or reconfigured. I looked at the oracle users and found that the user name and password have expired. So I reset the password and the system will be able to run normally. The key to failing to solve this problem as soon as possible is that users in other places cannot connect, But Oracle's own SQL tools can be connected, causing the user name and password to expire, I don't know if it is an Oracle bug.
