Sqlplus Connecting Oracle Issues

I mainly use the Oracle 11g database, sqlplus no requirements;

First, if you do not have an Oracle database installed on your computer, you will not see the "connection as" in the red box, and your input content point is determined to be a sqlplus internal installation error.

At this point we need to click Cancel to enter the Sqlplus interface, when the top left shows that the result is not logged in the State;

We need to open the tools-preferences

But since we do not have the Oracle database installed, we need shattered glass to use the configuration file (the file I will put at the end);

Where 172.16.1.25 is the network address; 1521 is the port number; MYORCL is the service name;
