Let's talk about my environment win8-32bit, MongoDB v2.2.2
1. First download the corresponding MongoDB at http://www.mongodb.org/downloads
2, extract the mongodb-win32-i386-2.2.2.zip to any directory, I decompress to D: \ below
3. Find the command prompt program in all programs, right-click the program and choose to run it as an administrator.
4. Install MongoDB in the Directory D: \ MongoDB (you can modify it on your own)
In the command prompt program enter D: To D disk, then enter move D: \ mongodb-win32-i386-2.2.2 D: \ MongoDB press ENTER
5. Create a data storage directory D: \ data \ dB (you can modify the directory by yourself)
Enter MD data and press enter in the command prompt.
Continue input MD data \ dB press ENTER
6. Start MongoDB
Enter D: \ MongoDB \ bin \ mongod.exe and press Enter. Until this step ends, all entries are shown as follows:
7. Connect to MongoDB
Start another command prompt program, D: \ MongoDB \ bin \ cmd.exe press ENTER
8. Test
Next, enter an insert statement and a query statement in the previous step.
DB. Test. Save ({A: 1 })
DB. Test. Find ()
9. Congratulations! MongoDB installation is complete. Shows the result.
