Ubuntu can be installed through the WebUpd8 topic PPA source, open the terminal and enter the command:

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: webupd8team/themes

Sudo apt-get update

Sudo apt-get install ambiance-blue-theme

You can download the package if you want to install the package through the PPA or if it is not an Ubuntu system.
