How does a webscoket-based chat room implement private chat?

Yes. I used PHP to build a websocket backend. Through pusher, I can send messages to the subscribed client to implement simple chat room functions. Then I want to further implement private chat, but I don't know how to implement it. My idea is that the client of the private chat subscribes to a common topic ,... yes. I have used both python and js as server clients. I don't know how php is implemented (strong)

The server can independently forward URLs to specific clients. (Of course, your server must have a protocol that can distinguish different clients)

For example, I create a python group chat, ws: // localhost/python, and use/python.
