1. Be familiar with the Java language, and have a deep understanding of OOA, Ood, oop and other programming ideas.
2. Familiar with various Java IDE and development tools (Eclipse, JBuilder, wsad, CVS, ant, and JUnit)
3. Familiar with various popular J2EE frameworks (such as spring, struts, and hibernate)
4. Understand the design principles of relational databases and master at least one of Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and MySQL.
5. Familiar with UML modeling, proficient in Rational Rose/together
6. Have development experience in medium and large projects and can independently complete the analysis, design, development and unit testing of the entire software module.
7. Familiar with software engineering, familiar with cutting-edge technical specifications (CMM) and advanced development models (RUP, XP)
8. Non-technical requirements such as foreign languages, logical thinking abilities, and team spirit, allowing quick acceptance of new technologies and quick learning and application
